Ive had this ceiling fans with remotes for 3 or 4 years and Im very happy with it. Its very quiet and you dont need to balance the blades yourself. Just follow the directions that Hunter sends with the fan and youre home free. Aside from very occasional dusting I have had to do nothing to the fan in order for it to run smoothly. I love the design the quietness and the quality of this fan that also has a very good price. Go for it you wont be sorry.
I OWN THIS AND ALSO THE LID THAT GOES WITH 12 inch cast iron skillet. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT IT IS AMAZING.YOU CAN USE THIS IN SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS, FRYING PAN,DUTCH OVEN,DEEP FRYER,WONDERFUL CASSEROLE DISH-MIX IT IN THERE-BAKE IT IN THERE-SERVE IT IN THERE. CLEANS EASY, COOKS WONDERFUL, ITS JUST AMAZING. GET THIS AND YOU WILL USE IT EVERY DAY. I purchased this shop ceiling fans about 3 or 4 years ago and I have only good things to say about it. I specially ordered it from Home Depot and Ive been totally pleased with it. It is very quiet unlike many other fans Ive seen around. One thing I can say about the Hunter fans family is that they are definitly quality fans. My mom only buys hunter and when she found out I was in the market she insisted I look at only the Hunter fans. I dont always do as mother says but this time I did and am glad I got an excellent fan with not problems at all. I would give 10 stars if theywent that far. I also like the idea that we have never had to balance the blades and no a bit of wobbling from the fan itself.
I have used cast iron for years and love cornbread cast iron skillet. I decided to get this deep skillet because I have made a mess quite a few times while frying in my regular skillet and thought this would be a good idea for me. I do like having the extra depth, but wasnt quite prepared for the extra weight that this couple of inches of depth adds. It is a good thing that they added a helper handle opposite the regular handle, or I wouldnt be able to lift it while it is filled. I have also baked bread in this pan and it turned out beautifully. My Dutch oven lid fits this pan, but if I had known that the 3 qt. chicken fryer was the same size as this pan and included the lid, I would have purchase that item since there was only a few dollars difference in the price.
Great ceiling fans prices! It is so quiet even in the high setting that I often forget to turn it off when I leave the room. Hunter also has a light kit that is reasonably easy to install if you are in any way mechanically inclined.
The best cast iron seasoned cast iron skillet on the market. This deep version is perfect for frying chicken.
There is not much more to say about this ceiling fans stainless steel beyond what I have indicated in the title of this review. Perhaps, however, a bit of elaboration is in order.
A comprehensive and easy to follow manual made the installation of this fan a breeze! The apartment in which we installed the fan was already wired for just such a device, so that was not a concern for us and I cannot address that issue except to say that the aforementioned manual does cover the topic of finding and preparing the right space for your fan. With a space already prepared for ours, it took us just under two hours to complete the actual assembly – including wiring and installation.
The fan, with three speed settings and reversible air flow, has kept us cool through the torrid Florida summer and remains quiet as a whisper as it delivers its soothing zephyrs.
The blades are reversible, offering a choice of basic white or faux oak.
No light fixtures here if thats what youre looking for. Just an efficient fan that has proved, for this user at least, a quality product.
Very nice. Dont know why I just bought cast iron skillet cooking now after so many trashed non stick teflon bought in the past. Looks like a cookware that I can keep for the rest of my life.
The Hunter old fashioned ceiling fans was deliveried right on time and was easy to install. It is extremely quiet and looks very nice.
It is a great cast iron skillet rust for most cooking, including cooking with liquid. No mess around the pan due to higher side. It sounds strange but I really can bake a little home made pizza if I dont have a griddle. The only complain to Lodge is, the sticker, when I peeled off the sticker mark is there, I have to scrub multiple times with baking soda to remove the mark. I also boil (short boil)some water at the first time like my other new one. I think this pan is very practical. The food does not stick (with a little oil), healthier than regular non stick pans, last for a very long time, a bit heavy though….
